This is my new favorite coffee spot whenever I’m in Brooklyn now! The vanilla latte was absolutely delicious. It was the perfect creamy consistency, not too sweet nor bitter. The iced Matcha Latte was also a hit. We tried a new item on the menu, the chicken fajita wrap and the Avocado Toast and wow! The wrap was incredible! What really made this visit special, is the staff and the quaint ambiance of the cafe. They were so personable, engaging and welcoming. I highly recommend you visit and experience the difference for yourself!!

I don’t even know where to begin. I love this place!! Today is my first day and I plan on patronizing on a regular basis. The coffee is DELICIOUS and the service is IMPECCABLE. Drank my coffee and was able to engage in light hearted friendly conversation. These guys have improved the community
Canela has perfect vibes as far as what I want out of a coffee shop. Very welcoming and community-oriented, the coffee is no frills but still excellent and if you’re hungry the empanadas are great. They have WiFi and are a nice place to post up for an hour or two and get some work done. They’re a regular stop for me when I need a cafe to work out of or am commuting into the city.
Canela’s baristas are welcoming and passionate, providing the best cafe bar experience in NYC! My personal favorites are their cappuccinos and omelettes, if you are looking for that perfect cup, look no further this is your sign to go!
The vibes are fun and welcoming. Love the community bookshelf and the decorations. The owners are very passionate about the quality of the menu. I got the panini and turmeric latte; both were very satisfying. Great addition to the neighborhood!
